AVP, Central Operations Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of Operations Centers situated in US branch locations and the Philippines.

• Implement LEAN methodologies to foster ongoing process enhancements.

• Lead and supervise Central Operations teams effectively.

• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

• Proven experience in managing operations teams.

• Familiarity with LEAN principles and methodologies.

• Capability to promote continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience with policy lifecycle management processes.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
