This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Utilize your professional network to arrange meetings for senior brokers at Howden RE.
• Create, uphold, and report on a structured and systematic outreach strategy tailored to the North American market.
• Coordinate and participate in regular regional roadshows throughout U.S. and Canadian financial hubs.
• Develop and sustain comprehensive account plans, target lists, and pipeline tracking utilizing Power BI and other internal business development tools.
• Serve as a representative for Howden Private Capital at industry conferences and events.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is necessary (or the ability to acquire one within 90 days of employment).
• Availability to travel up to 30–40% throughout North America for roadshows, client meetings, and industry events.
• Possess a solid understanding of RWI market dynamics in real estate, including banking, real estate private equity, brokerage, or a similar transactional role.
