This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Assist the Regional Branch Director in guiding, managing, and mentoring financial advisors and teams within the region.
• Provide support to financial advisors and teams throughout all stages of their career, from development to succession planning.
• Offer leadership insights and aid in the implementation of frameworks that enhance the business experience and foster advisor growth and satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with advisors while ensuring high levels of advisor retention and satisfaction.
• Mentor advisors and teams while executing a sales strategy aimed at driving regional growth.
• Plan and implement teaming and succession strategies, including identifying successors and integrating teams with similar practices.
• Collaborate with the sales organization to attract advisors by informing them about the mission, vision, and benefits of the LPL Independent Advisor Network.
• Work alongside consultants and internal partners to boost awareness and adoption of financial planning, advisory, and high net worth services.
• Contribute to the growth of Same Store Sales, Net New Assets, and client satisfaction scores (NPS).
• Assist in the onboarding of new advisors and teams to the LPL Independent Advisor Network.
• Travel frequently to Bedminster, NJ, visit branch offices, and attend recruitment meetings.
• Over 5 years of experience in financial services.
• Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or ability to obtain within 120 days).
• More than 3 years of experience in a role such as branch manager, associate complex manager, or another field-based sales position.
• Willingness to travel for branch visits and recruitment meetings.
• Proven success in onboarding and integrating new recruits and teams.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of advisor growth and how to facilitate it.
• Capability to inspire advisors and teams to achieve positive business outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, balancing the need to build trust and respect with advisors and maintaining the integrity of LPL Advisor Networks.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities; skilled in assessing complex issues, prioritizing key concerns, and focusing on relevant facts while maintaining a strong execution orientation.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Executive presence with a proven track record of leading change and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in the financial services and/or wealth management sector is preferred.
• Series 9/10 or 24 credentials are preferred.
