This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver strategic and operational guidance across the division’s digital, virtual, and alternative delivery platforms.
• Oversee integrated, multi-channel teams responsible for achieving measurable business and member outcomes.
• Align high-volume and advisory-led channels while anticipating emerging risks and trends.
• Track performance metrics and mentor teams to enhance sales effectiveness and service excellence.
• Discover opportunities for business growth and channel expansion, ensuring alignment with changing member needs and market trends.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least seven (7) years of progressive experience in the financial services sector or a relevant field, with a minimum of five (5) years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to manage complex business operations, effectively lead teams, and achieve strategic objectives.
• Experience in managing a diversified loan and deposit portfolio and successfully developing business initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of credit union operations, principles, and values.
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape within the financial marketplace and local communities.
