This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Technical Sales Narrative.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify, define, develop solutions, and finalize mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery discussions to gain insights into customer infrastructure.
• Create solution configurations that align with the customer's operational realities.
• Manage the technical components of RFP responses, security questionnaires, and SOW contributions.
• Act as the subject matter expert during the sales process for both the Rockbot software platform and its integration into the customer's environment.
• Achieve Rockbot certification across Music, TV, Signage, and Advertising.
• Conduct proof-of-concept deployments and trials as necessary.
• Identify and communicate recurring objections, integration challenges, and market insights to the Product and Engineering teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical sales, AV systems, media technology, or similar customer-facing technical positions.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with IT, operations, or infrastructure teams comfortably.
• Practical experience with hardware/software integrations, networking fundamentals, and custom software integrations.
• Preference for candidates with experience in in-venue technology (AV systems, digital signage, streaming media devices, or IoT).
• Exceptional demo and presentation capabilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, and technical documentation tools.
• Strong written communication skills for RFPs, technical summaries, and internal documentation.
• Rockbot employs a market-based pay structure, and compensation may vary based on your location within the U.S.
