This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Responsible for the complete visual and audio-visual identity of Uvation across digital, print, and video mediums.
• Accountable for the entire creative workflow, from identifying requirements to designing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and UI assets.
• Create and edit video and audio content for marketing, product initiatives, and internal communications.
• Influence how Uvation is perceived across all touchpoints, including websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, and video productions.
• Work in close collaboration with marketing, product, and development teams to realize the brand vision.
• Plan and edit video content for marketing efforts, product demonstrations, social media, and internal communications.
• Develop motion graphics, animated explainer videos, and branded video templates in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Record, edit, and mix audio for video projects, voiceovers, and presentations, ensuring high-quality sound production.
• Oversee the complete AV production process, including scripting/storyboarding, filming/screen capture, editing, color grading, and final export.
• Establish and maintain a library of reusable video and motion templates for ongoing marketing and internal content requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing to devise video strategies for product launches, event coverage, and social-first content.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Media Production, or a related creative discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, UI/UX, and audio/video production.
• A proven portfolio showcasing work across both graphic design and audio/video production is required.
• Proficiency in Design & UI/UX Tools (Required): Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Adobe Photoshop for image editing and compositing.
• Adobe Illustrator for vector illustration and branding assets.
• Adobe InDesign for print and layout design.
• Jira for Agile project management.
• Proficiency in Audio/Video Tools (Required): Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
• Adobe Audition or an equivalent tool for audio editing and mixing.
• DaVinci Resolve for color grading (preferred).
• Familiarity with camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording equipment.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Understanding of layouts, graphic principles, typography, and the fundamentals of print, web, and video production (including frame rates, codecs, aspect ratios, and export formats for web/social) is expected.
