This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Takes charge of the complete visual and audio-visual identity of Uvation across various digital, print, and video formats.
• Oversees the entire creative workflow, from defining requirements to designing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and UI assets.
• Produces and edits video and audio content for marketing initiatives, product promotions, and internal communications.
• Influences how Uvation appears, feels, and sounds at every interaction point: websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, and video content.
• Works closely with marketing, product, and development teams to realize the brand vision.
• Plans and edits video content for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, social media, and internal communications.
• Creates motion graphics, animated explainer videos, and branded video templates in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Records, edits, and mixes audio for video content, voiceovers, and presentations, ensuring high-quality sound output.
• Manages the complete AV production workflow, including scripting/storyboarding, filming/screen capture, editing, color grading, and final export.
• Develops and maintains a library of reusable video and motion templates for ongoing marketing and internal content needs.
• Collaborates with marketing on video strategies for product launches, event coverage, and social-first content.
• Oversees AV equipment, lighting, and recording setups for shoots and internal video requirements.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends, design tools, AV production techniques, and best practices to enhance skills and creative output.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Media Production, or a related creative discipline.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in graphic design, UI/UX, and audio/video production.
• A proven portfolio showcasing work in both disciplines is required.
• Design & UI/UX Tools (Required)
• Figma — for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Adobe Photoshop — for image editing and compositing.
• Adobe Illustrator — for vector illustration and branding assets.
• Adobe InDesign — for print and layout design.
• Jira — for Agile project tracking.
• Audio/Video Tools (Required)
• Adobe Premiere Pro — for video editing.
• Adobe After Effects — for motion graphics and animation.
• Adobe Audition or equivalent — for audio editing and mixing.
• DaVinci Resolve — for color grading (preferred).
• Working knowledge of camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording equipment is essential.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Expected knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, web, and video production fundamentals (frame rates, codecs, aspect ratios, export formats for web/social).
