This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Takes ownership of Uvation's complete visual and audio-visual identity across digital, print, and video mediums.
• Oversees the entire creative process, from establishing requirements to designing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and UI assets.
• Generates and edits video and audio content for marketing, product initiatives, and internal communications.
• Defines the visual, auditory, and experiential aspects of Uvation across all touchpoints: websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, and video content.
• Works in close collaboration with marketing, product, and development teams to actualize the brand vision.
• Plans and edits video content for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, social media, and internal communications.
• Creates motion graphics, animated explainer videos, and branded video templates in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Records, edits, and mixes audio for video content, voiceovers, and presentations, ensuring high-quality sound production.
• Manages the complete AV production workflow: scripting/storyboarding, filming/screen capturing, editing, color grading, and final export.
• Develops and maintains a library of reusable video and motion templates for ongoing marketing and internal content needs.
• Collaborates with marketing on video strategy for product launches, event coverage, and social-first content.
• Oversees AV equipment, lighting, and recording setups for shoots and internal video requirements.
• Remains informed about industry trends, design tools, AV production techniques, and best practices to continually improve skills and creative output.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Media Production, or a related creative discipline.
• 3–7 years of pertinent experience that encompasses graphic design, UI/UX, and audio/video production.
• A proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in both disciplines is required.
• Design & UI/UX Tools (Required):
• Figma — for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Adobe Photoshop — for image editing and compositing.
• Adobe Illustrator — for vector illustration and branding assets.
• Adobe InDesign — for print and layout design.
• Jira — for Agile project tracking.
• Audio/Video Tools (Required):
• Adobe Premiere Pro — for video editing.
• Adobe After Effects — for motion graphics and animation.
• Adobe Audition or equivalent — for audio editing and mixing.
• DaVinci Resolve — for color grading (preferred).
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, web, and video production essentials (frame rates, codecs, aspect ratios, export formats for web/social) is expected.
