This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide leadership and supervision throughout the entire project life cycle, commencing from sales concepts to design development, construction drawings, implementation support, and service hand-over.
• Design and engineer digital signage and digital experience solutions, which include media players, displays, video walls, dvLED walls, CMS platforms, content distribution, networking, control, and monitoring.
• Negotiate modifications in deliverables and schedules, acting as an escalation point for engineering-related issues.
• Assess and recommend digital signage technologies based on the project scope and client standards.
• Conceptualize system designs and define system requirements.
• Supervise and/or create Bills of Materials and related documentation.
• Establish design documentation strategies and monitor engineering team tasks until completion.
• Produce functional system descriptions, block wiring diagrams, rack elevations, custom plates, and cabling assemblies.
• Investigate, identify, and recommend technology solutions for clients and projects.
• Oversee construction drawing packages and assist with installation and coordination with architects and other trades.
• Test, commission, and configure subsystems during the project deployment phase.
• Provide support to projects and teams throughout the build phase.
• Finalize as-built drawings for service hand-over.
• Deliver regular project engineering milestone status updates to Technical Operations resource planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Signage/Experiential and Workplace Conference Solutions.
• Demonstrated success in completing engineering projects.
• Experience in designing enterprise digital signage, experiential technology, and workplace collaboration solutions within complex environments.
• Knowledge of workplace conference solutions, which includes UC platforms, room standards, audio DSP, microphones, cameras, control systems, AV-over-IP, BYOD/BYOM, room scheduling, monitoring, and enterprise device management.
• Familiarity with project phases: Program, Conceptualization, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction, and Commissioning.
• Understanding of the construction process, installation, and integration, including architectural and construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver's license in the employee's state of residence.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and a self-starter.
• Exceptional time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and convey concise, succinct messages.
• High-level problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally and remotely as required.
• Own-vehicle mileage reimbursement at the current corporate rate.
• Remote/virtual work arrangement.
• Occasional travel by car and airplane.
