Auxiliar Financeiro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Issue invoices, bills, and receipts while verifying information and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

• Record receipts in the system.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor payment deadlines.

• Assist in managing delinquency control, collections, and preparing financial reports.

• Perform financial reconciliations by checking entries, transfers, fees, charges, and refunds.

• Provide support to clients and internal departments by addressing inquiries related to billing, payments, and collections.

• Assist in sending documents to the accounting department.

• Organize invoices, receipts, and contracts, ensuring that files are up-to-date for consultations and audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed high school education.

• Knowledge of accounts receivable and billing routines, including invoice issuance, bill preparation, receipt recording, and reconciliations.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and tax legislation.

• Proficiency in Excel and Office Suite for spreadsheet management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Experience with financial systems and/or ERP software.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with internal teams.
