• Review, organize, and file payroll slips and staff documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and management of contracts, renewals, and vacation control.
• Record entries, exits, and updates in SUNAT – T-Registro.
• Manage and update staff databases.
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital files.
• Support administrative processes within the Human Resources department.
• Monitor and control internal documentation for staff.
• Graduate or student in the final cycles of Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation and administrative HR processes.
• Proficiency in Excel at a basic/intermediate level.
• Familiarity with SUNAT – T Registro (desirable).
• Strong organization, order, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to work in a team.
