This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Update information in the CRM
• Assist in organizing the sales pipeline
• Provide support for the onboarding process of new clients
• Conduct client communication and follow-up
• Perform follow-ups with leads and clients
• Monitor deadlines and deliveries
• Organize internal content, documents, and materials
• Help manage the schedule and calendar
• Keep the GoHighLevel CRM organized and up to date
• Participate in internal meetings and record important information
• Assist in tracking processes and tasks
• Support billing activities and follow-up on outstanding issues
• Facilitate internal communication between teams
• Intermediate to advanced English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Quick response time to messages and requests
• Ability to interact effectively with clients
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems
• Interest in processes and organization
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
