This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Participate in project-related meetings and calls; accurately document, organize, and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
• Gather updates from project teams to compile and prepare weekly reports summarizing essential information.
• Manage and coordinate communications with vendors, including follow-ups, scheduling, and document sharing.
• Keep organized records of project documentation, reports, and communications.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, monitoring deadlines, and supporting project timelines.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the team as needed.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles, project coordination, or similar positions are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or comparable tools.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
