This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist in the administration of trusts and estates, including tracking documents and managing electronic filings.
• Provide administrative assistance for financial and legal processes related to client services.
• Maintain accuracy and organization in all administrative and client documentation.
• Prepare, gather, and finalize forms associated with banking and financial accounts.
• Oversee and prioritize a high-volume, intricate email inbox, ensuring prompt replies and appropriate routing.
• Manage professional, high-level inbound and outbound communications with clients and partners.
• Support legal timekeeping and billing functions, akin to those in law firm settings.
• A background in legal, trust & estate, or financial planning sectors is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with: Trusts versus Power of Attorney.
• Knowledge of IRA versus investment accounts.
• Experience in legal timekeeping or billable work frameworks.
• A robust administrative background with a demonstrated ability to handle high-volume workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
