This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide administrative assistance to leadership and team members.
• Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Keep precise records, databases, and project documentation up to date.
• Manage communications through email, messaging platforms, and other business channels.
• Organize and refresh information within CRM and project management systems.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
• Track project progress and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and status updates as required.
• Facilitate workflow organization and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure projects stay on track.
• Maintain documentation and files using cloud-based platforms.
• Assist with data entry, metric tracking, and reporting tasks.
• Execute various administrative and operational duties as assigned.

• Proficient in Google Workspace applications.
• Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
• Experience in supporting business operations, project coordination, or client-facing teams is preferred.
