Automotive Vehicle Acquisition Specialist – Private Party

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to private vehicle sellers on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, AutoTrader, and other similar sites.

• Engage with sellers through phone calls, text messages, and online chat.

• Gather essential vehicle details, including VIN, mileage, condition, and ownership information.

• Collaborate with dealership management to achieve target ACV pricing.

• Conduct follow-ups with sellers.

• Arrange in-store appraisal appointments for partner dealerships.

• Maintain organized notes and updates within the platform.

• Achieve daily and monthly outreach and appointment targets.

• Assist VETTX partner dealerships in procuring inventory directly from private sellers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, customer success, or phone-based sales.

• Excellent communication skills with a confident approach to customer interaction.

• Proficient in using technology and handling multiple conversations simultaneously.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

• Capable of working independently in a remote setting.

• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, text, and online messaging.

• Competence in meeting daily and monthly outreach and appointment objectives.
