Automotive Technical Consultant – Mitsubishi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying client needs and providing suitable solutions.

• Promote automotive parts and services while ensuring top-notch customer service and a results-oriented approach.

• Share technical insights regarding vehicles, services, and maintenance, instilling confidence and reassurance in customers.

• Create quotes and commercial proposals, and follow up on service approvals and execution.

• Oversee service progress with the workshop, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintenance of quality standards.

• Serve as an intermediary between customers and the technical team, facilitating clear communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Assist in organizing customer service processes and maintaining system records.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Valid Category B driver's license.

• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in sales.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, dynamism, negotiation, organizational, goal-oriented, and results-driven skills.
