Automotive Sales Trainer – Training and Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide specialized training and support in both English and French for new and existing customers utilizing Dealer Management Software.

• Facilitate virtual training sessions to assist customers with the software implementation process.

• Conduct onsite training for newly installed software in person.

• Independently manage and deliver all allocated training sessions.

• Ensure prompt resolution of assigned DTO Cornerstone tickets.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with clients.

• Engage in cross-training opportunities and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English.

• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to 2 weeks each month; a valid passport, U.S. visa (if applicable), and a full driver’s license are mandatory.

• 1–2 years of experience in a car dealership setting, emphasizing Sales.

• Strong computer proficiency is essential, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Fluent in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
