Automotive Retail Sales Training Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for automotive retail sales associates and managers.

• Present a curriculum centered on sales techniques, product knowledge, compliance, and best practices for customer experience.

• Tailor training delivery to meet the needs of diverse audiences and various learning preferences.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency with organizational objectives and brand standards.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching to participants to enhance learning outcomes.

• Keep precise training records and provide reports on participant progress and the effectiveness of the program.

• Remain informed about trends in the automotive industry, product updates, and retail sales strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in automotive retail sales, desking, and/or training facilitation.

• Demonstrated capability to conduct engaging training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

• Skill in managing group dynamics and encouraging interactive learning experiences.

• Proficient in utilizing virtual training platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Preferred: Experience with automotive OEMs or dealerships; certification in adult learning or training methodologies.
