Automotive Recruiter – Technicians

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment life-cycle for various job openings.

• Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, cold outreach, job fairs, networking, and community organizations.

• Provide a high-touch experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.

• Coordinate screening calls, follow-up conversations, and in-person interviews.

• Handle interview logistics, which include travel arrangements, accommodations, interview rooms, and debrief sessions.

• Administer offline assessment tools and processes for candidates.

• Communicate next steps after interviews, including logistics and follow-up inquiries.

• Adhere to ATS-driven logistics policies and procedures.

• Manage job postings and draft offer letters.

• Connect candidates with appropriate job opportunities.

• Address open-position challenges in collaboration with hiring managers and recruitment leadership.

• Research and cultivate sustainable candidate pools.

• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by Talent Acquisition leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail, automotive, agency, or high-volume setting.

• Extensive, highly effective experience in recruitment within retail, professional services, or customer service sectors.

• Proficient in sourcing and engaging top talent.

• Enthusiastic about current recruiting trends, methods, and technology integration.

• Skilled in utilizing social recruiting resources and internal tools.

• Strong comprehension of the candidate experience.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.

• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize various projects effectively.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Competence in executing tasks accurately and efficiently, even amid frequent interruptions.
