This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Spot opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
• Perform market research to stay competitive and align services with industry developments.
• Supervise the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns that clients may raise.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Offer training and assistance to dealerships regarding the utilization of financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance regularly.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Track portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial insight with practical knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Proficient time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and collection abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field and 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
