This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealership clients within the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Spot opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing options and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Offer training and assistance to dealerships regarding the utilization of financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance regularly.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual (English, Spanish)
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors
• Strong financial acumen with a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at all organizational levels
• Exceptional time management skills with the capability to meet deadlines
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for this position.
