
Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain dealer clients in the automotive sector.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand their financing requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities in the portfolio by presenting financing solutions and promoting offerings from Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address any client concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships regarding the use of financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Track the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel, including flying and driving.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
