This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership proprietors and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio by showcasing financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company’s products.
• Conduct market analysis to maintain competitiveness and align services with current industry trends.
• Oversee the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Provide training and assistance to dealerships on utilizing financing solutions and services.
• Keep track of dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and sustain risk assessment models to determine dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor the portfolio's performance, including loan balances, dealer outcomes, and payment trends.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with practical knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to interact with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at different organizational levels.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and collections expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
