This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Pinpoint opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s services.
• Conduct market analysis to remain competitive and align offerings with industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and assistance to dealerships regarding the utilization of financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and overall performance.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to assess the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate the portfolio's performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual (English, Spanish).
• Familiarity with the automotive sector across various areas.
• Strong financial understanding with practical knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Effective time management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Competent negotiation and collections skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience; or a suitable combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel, fly, and drive as necessary.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
