This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create and execute sales strategies to attract and retain dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities for the portfolio by showcasing financing solutions and promoting offerings from Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and ensure services align with industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns expressed by clients.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Monitor the conditions and performance of dealerships.
• Create and sustain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the portfolio's performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial understanding and proficiency with key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, collaborate with internal team members, and external partners at different organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the capability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent mix of education and work-related experience.
• At least two years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position.
