This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at attracting and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Spot opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and promoting offerings from Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and ensure services align with industry trends.
• Supervise the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, guaranteeing high levels of client satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns presented by clients.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to refine processes and improve customer experience.
• Provide training and assistance to dealerships regarding the utilization of financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and sustain risk assessment models to determine dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate the portfolio's performance, including loan amounts, dealer outcomes, and payment patterns.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial knowledge with a solid grasp of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients, collaborating with internal team members, and interacting with external partners at multiple organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
