This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities for the portfolio by showcasing financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to remain competitive and ensure services are aligned with industry trends.
• Supervise the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns expressed by clients.
• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and assistance to dealerships regarding the utilization of financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and uphold risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Supervise the portfolio's performance, focusing on loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive sector across various areas.
• Strong financial aptitude with a solid understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate effectively with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Proficient time management skills with a capability to meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and collection expertise.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a remote work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
