This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Spot opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s products.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns expressed by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding the utilization of financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and uphold risk assessment models to determine dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors
• Strong financial insight with a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with both internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a remote work environment
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• BA/BS in a relevant field with 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent mix of education and work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required
