This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Discover growth opportunities for the portfolio by presenting financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Oversee the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services usage.
• Keep track of dealership conditions and performance.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assess the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledgeable about the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial understanding with familiarity with essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field along with 3 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and work-related experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capacity to travel, fly, and drive.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for this role.
