This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to identify their financing requirements.
• Discover opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and tailor services according to industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and assistance to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Keep an eye on dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and uphold risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Partner with internal teams to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Supervise the portfolio's performance, including loan balances, dealer outcomes, and payment patterns.
• Bilingual (English, Spanish).
• Familiarity with the automotive sector across various fields.
• Strong financial insight with a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with internal and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills, able to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proficient negotiation and collection capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for this role.
