This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Recognize growth opportunities within the portfolio by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s products.
• Conduct market analysis to maintain competitiveness and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Supervise the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns presented by clients.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experiences.
• Offer training and assistance to dealerships regarding the utilization of financing solutions and services.
• Keep a close watch on dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and uphold risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate the portfolio's performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial knowledge with a working understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, collaboration with team members, and engagement with external partners at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving proficiency.
• Capacity to work independently and thrive in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
