This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients within the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio by presenting financing solutions and showcasing Westlake Flooring Company’s products.
• Conduct market research to maintain competitiveness and align services with current industry trends.
• Oversee the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships regarding the use of financing solutions and services.
• Monitor the performance and conditions of dealerships.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Work alongside internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen and a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
