This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Recognize opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s products.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Supervise account performance and proactively address any issues or concerns expressed by clients.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding the use of financing solutions and services.
• Evaluate dealership conditions and performance.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment patterns.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial insight with a working understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate effectively with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the capability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a remote work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
