This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Discover opportunities for portfolio enhancement by showcasing financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and improve customer experience.
• Provide training and assistance to dealerships regarding the use of financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen and working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
• Capability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory for this position.
