This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio by showcasing financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Observe dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and uphold risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial knowledge with a working understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at all organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel over 25%, including some overnight trips.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
