This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients within the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Discover opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
• Conduct market analysis to maintain competitiveness and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Supervise the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding the utilization of financing solutions and services.
• Monitor the status and performance of dealerships.
• Create and uphold risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Work alongside internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the portfolio's performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial knowledge with practical understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners at all levels of the organization.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
