This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their inquiries or issues.
• Effectively handle and de-escalate any concerns in a composed manner.
• Appropriately escalate interactions when necessary.
• Assist with requests and/or facilitate payment processing as needed.
• Maintain a record of all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide insights on call-related issues.
• Upsell products or services when required.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service is required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
• Must be comfortable using desktop computer systems and have basic knowledge of Windows-based platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
