Automotive Claims Adjuster – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and professional support for phone inquiries related to claim processing and coverage.

• Authorize claims and handle a significant volume of incoming calls.

• Complete and process paperwork in accordance with established procedures.

• Evaluate and adjudicate assigned claims.

• Manage the intake of new loss reports.

• Review contracts, agreements, and policy coverage.

• Accurately document and investigate new losses.

• Uphold an exceptionally high standard of customer service.

• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Automotive Service environment as an Automotive Technician or Service Advisor.

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Skill in identifying and eliminating obstacles to ensure efficient workflow.

• Proficient with computers and applications, including MS Word and Excel.

• Ability to navigate multiple systems in a dynamic environment.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

• High school diploma is required.

• Strong analytical skills are necessary.

• Capability to make decisions based on contract language.

• Good judgment is essential to provide relevant contract benefits on all claims.

• Must be available to work 40 hours per week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday, including a rotating Saturday every 4 to 6 weeks.
