Automation Tester – Pega Test Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee quality assurance and automation initiatives within a significant Pega transformation project.

• Create and implement testing strategies and automation frameworks.

• Conduct risk-based test design and automated regression testing.

• Ensure requirements traceability and maintain testing documentation.

• Manage defects and track quality metrics.

• Integrate testing processes with CI/CD pipelines.

• Execute performance and non-functional testing.

• Lead testing efforts across essential business processes and release cycles.

• Aid in release readiness and ensure quality assurance.

• Analyze and present test coverage results.

• Over 12 years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.

• More than 7 years of experience in Pega test automation.

• In-depth knowledge of test automation strategies and frameworks.

• Proficient in risk-based test design.

• Expertise in automated regression testing.

• Strong background in requirements traceability and maintaining test evidence.

• Skilled in defect management and quality metrics.

• Extensive experience in CI/CD test integration.

• Proficient in performance and non-functional testing.

• Experience leading testing initiatives in enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Proficient in Pega Platform Testing.

• Expertise in Test Automation Framework Design.

• Experience in developing Automated Regression Suites.

• Skilled in CI/CD Pipeline Integration.

• Proficient in Defect Management and Root Cause Analysis.

• Knowledgeable in Release Readiness and Quality Assurance practices.

• Experienced in Test Coverage Analysis and Reporting.

• Proficient in Performance and Non-Functional Testing.

• Familiar with Agile Testing Practices.

• ISTQB Advanced Level – Test Automation Engineer certification.

• ISTQB Advanced Level – Test Manager certification.

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA).
