Automation Test Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Spearhead automation testing initiatives

• Lead a team of engineers

• Guarantee the consistent delivery of high-quality software products that meet organizational standards

• Establish the automation roadmap and strategy

• Direct the design and scalability of automation frameworks

• Manage CI/CD integration and quality gates

• Mentor and support automation engineers

• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote ongoing quality enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent

• 8–10 years of testing experience with a robust background in automation

• Additional relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance (preferred)

• Advanced expertise in system testing methodologies and the creation of test documentation

• Strong comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing processes

• Advanced knowledge of test planning, execution, error reporting, and verification methods

• Extensive expertise in automation frameworks and tools

• Programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript

• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
