Automation QA Engineer – 100% Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain test automation for essential user flows on both desktop and mobile platforms.

• Incorporate tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring they are efficient and dependable.

• Analyze test failures and resolve any unstable tests.

• Oversee test data and the testing environments.

• Document clear, reproducible bugs and confirm their resolutions.

• Collaborate with developers and product teams regarding testability and acceptance criteria.

• Conduct hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing for new features.

• Determine whether to use manual or automated testing based on associated risks.

• Manage regression test suites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in QA automation.

• Practical experience in manual and exploratory testing.

• Proficient programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Experience executing tests within CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions.

• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop or web applications.

• Familiarity with WebdriverIO and Appium for mobile testing.

• Previous experience testing Electron and/or React Native applications.

• Experience testing on actual iOS and Android devices.

• Familiarity with AI tools in QA and the ability to critically assess their outputs.

• Experience testing applications powered by AI is advantageous.

• Strong English communication skills.
