Automation Engineer 1 – Technical Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of AI-driven automation solutions across Forethought, Salesforce, and Microsoft Copilot

• Aid in designing workflows for automated resolution, case enhancement, and routing

• Quickly prototype, test, launch, and refine targeted automation solutions

• Play a role in enhancing the AI resolution rates and broadening automation coverage

• Minimize manual tasks within support operations through efficient automation design

• Collaborate with Support, CX, and AI teams to convert operational requirements into actionable solutions

• Continuously enhance automation effectiveness by leveraging data, feedback, and iterative learning

• Deliver several scoped, production-ready AI automation solutions within an initial 3 to 6 months

• Help decrease manual case management and boost operational efficiency throughout support workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic experience in creating AI workflows or automation solutions

• Familiarity with APIs, scripting, or automation tools

• Capacity to quickly learn new technologies and apply them effectively in support contexts

• Experience with Salesforce or customer support tools is advantageous

• Familiarity with AI platforms like Forethought, Microsoft Copilot, or similar solutions is a plus

• Knowledge of automation or low-code platforms is preferred

• Background in technical, engineering, or data-oriented fields is desired

• Must present at least one working AI automation or project and be ready to discuss it during interviews

• Accountable for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets

• Responsible for ensuring data privacy and completing necessary privacy training
