AI Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for automation and artificial intelligence by assessing operational workflows in collaboration with business teams and subject matter experts.

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents and automated workflows utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the extensive Microsoft AI ecosystem.

• Integrate various systems through APIs and manage workflows across multiple platforms and data sources.

• Quickly prototype solutions and refine them based on feedback from end users.

• Convert business requirements into functional, production-ready automations.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to enterprise data, security, and governance standards.

• Test, monitor, and sustain deployed solutions while documenting workflows and technical designs.

• Assist operational teams with the adoption, training, and ongoing enhancement of automations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying automations and AI agents in a production setting.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the Microsoft AI ecosystem.

• Proficient in API integration and workflow orchestration.

• Ability to transform real business workflows into effective solutions, extending beyond basic chatbots.

• Experience in rapid prototyping and iterating based on user feedback.

• Knowledge of enterprise data, security, and governance principles.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work during US business hours.

• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in the payer or health insurance field.

• Familiarity with Medicare and/or Medicaid processes.

• Understanding of claims, enrollment, provider management, or authorization workflows.

• Experience writing SQL queries and conducting data analysis.

• Background in supporting software implementations and process enhancements.
