Automation Developer – English Job Description

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, development, implementation, and upkeep of enterprise automation solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the core Automation team, as well as stakeholders and project resources.

• Create, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level automation solutions.

• Utilize Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, UiPath, Azure Logic Apps, and various other Azure services.

• Enhance business processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software development, application development, or business application solutions.

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop) and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).

• At least 2 years of experience in solution deployment, ALM, environment management, and DevOps practices.

• More than 2 years of experience integrating with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure Services, APIs, and custom connectors.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in implementing AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or generative AI technologies.

• At least 1 year of experience in designing intelligent automation solutions that combine AI, workflows, and business processes.

• Over 2 years of experience with governance, security, and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure-based automation services.

• A solid understanding of automation development principles, standards, governance practices, and industry best practices.

• Working knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure, architecture, configuration, and security fundamentals.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and projects while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical teams and project stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of effective communication with both technical and business audiences.

• Experience in documenting technical solutions, support procedures, and operational documentation.

• Ability to share knowledge and provide guidance to team members.

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-400, AZ-900, or AZ-104 are regarded as assets.
