This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Analyze, capture, and model business processes for external clients and internal departments.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and on-site observations.
• Critically assess existing workflows: identify weaknesses and potential for automation.
• Develop clear, structured, and technically viable requirements.
• Collaborate closely with developers.
• Assist in the implementation of new automation solutions.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in process analysis, IT consulting, business analysis, or requirements engineering.
• Proven projects in process documentation or requirements definition.
• Quick comprehension of new workflows and ability to recognize patterns and weaknesses.
• Confident in discussions with specialists, team leaders, and management.
• Ability to refine vague requirements and translate them into clear specifications.
• Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, workflows, interfaces, automation tools).
• Willingness to travel for on-site engagements.
• An open and collaborative corporate culture along with a trusting work atmosphere.
