Automation and AI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify manual workflows and convert them into automated processes, integrations, and AI solutions.

• Design and execute sales, CRM, and marketing automation utilizing n8n and various other tools.

• Enhance lead data quality by integrating CRMs, APIs, and external data sources for enrichment.

• Create AI agents focused on lead reactivation and relationship management through WhatsApp and email.

• Develop solutions for call transcription and conduct intelligent analysis of calls.

• Streamline meetings, minutes, and task management by integrating tools like Trello, Jira, and Asana.

• Build internal AI-driven chatbots using RAG, linked to the company’s knowledge base.

• Analyze sales, customer service, and operational processes to identify bottlenecks and potential automation.

• Create solutions for continuous learning and optimization driven by data.

• Structure and oversee automated communication workflows across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and additional channels.

• Set up and monitor UTMs, pixels, tags, and conversion events.

• Integrate and manage platforms for CRM, marketing automation, chatbots, and other digital tools.

• Execute quick wins and develop sophisticated solutions using Python, LangChain, and AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience in automation, AI, CRM, and marketing.

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.

• Familiarity with LangChain technology.

• Understanding of JSON, HTTP protocols, and programming logic.

• Proven experience with CRM integrations.

• Knowledge of APIs and webhooks.

• Experience with n8n platform.
