This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Become proficient in understanding, interpreting, and standardizing automotive manufacturer parts catalog information.
• Detect and rectify errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in vehicle and parts data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold data quality and integrity.
• Perform comprehensive data validation and verification processes to ensure adherence to established standards, promptly resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Partner with engineering and development teams to define and implement data quality assurance procedures and workflows, integrating feedback from both internal and external sources.
• Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of data management processes, proposing and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders on best practices in data management, fostering a consistent understanding and application of data standards and quality control procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, components, and specifications, particularly focused on auto parts data research and management.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the automotive sector, with a proven track record of effectively managing parts data and ensuring data quality.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to data research and validation, ensuring both accuracy and completeness.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies, diagnose root causes, and suggest effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, facilitating effective engagement with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong passion for data accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement, along with a commitment to upholding high standards of parts data quality.
