Auto Damage Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze vehicle damage

• Calculate estimated repair expenses for vehicles

• Negotiate fair settlement agreements

• Collaborate with auto body shops, rental agencies, and parts suppliers

• Consult with all parties involved and review insurance policies

• Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare estimates

• Oversee rental car management

• Address and resolve customer issues

• Enhance customer satisfaction through impactful interactions

• Complete necessary hands-on and field training

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory

• Possession of a valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting criteria is essential

• Must be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong skills in customer service, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and empathy

• Should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing and multitasking across different platforms

• Customer-facing experience is preferred

• Background in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable targets is preferred

• Active Adjuster's license is a plus

• A college degree is preferred

• Must not require employment authorization sponsorship from GEICO
