This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct thorough investigations and verify facts related to advanced automobile accidents.
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.
• Adjust and negotiate claims within established authority limits.
• Evaluate, investigate, and resolve complex auto claims that involve attorney representation.
• Collaborate directly with attorneys, claimants, and other involved parties to reach equitable claim settlements.
• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance sector, and organizational dynamics.
• Manage all facets of advanced auto claims with autonomy and discretion.
• Review, assess, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims as required.
• Identify vehicle body components and other potential property damage.
• Recognize customer needs and address them effectively using appropriate customer service techniques.
• Evaluate subrogation or fraud risks and decide on the appropriate handling methods.
• Demonstrate enhanced experience at the Adjuster II level or through rotation into a specialized role.
• No supervisory responsibilities included.
• Proven experience in managing attorney-represented auto liability and bodily injury claims.
• Proficient in coverage analysis and complex claim investigations.
• Skilled in negotiating settlements and resolving claims disputes.
• Experience in identifying subrogation and fraud issues.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Capability to independently manage intricate claim files.
• Preferred experience in specialized claim areas such as Coverage, Investigations, Total Loss, Initial Handling, or Extended Handling.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Candidates currently holding an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during the course of employment.
• Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when directed by the licensing team.
• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace is required while working from home.
• Must have reliable internet access with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
